OVERVIEW

The original multi-application diamond blade introduced by Lackmond over 10 years ago. This product line has gone under continual improvement since its launch to increase diamond blade life, cutting speed, and performance across a very wide range of applications. While there are many clones and copies to our original design, no other blade series has come close to the performance of the STS-5 diamond blade.

The STS series includes a castellated segmented turbo rim for aggressive and precise cuts, fully impregnated raker undercut protection segments to prevent knife-edging in abrasive materials, air-cooling core for heat dissipation, slanted core design for maximum cutting speed, and pre & post tensioned core to eliminate loss of tension. Because of the wide range of applications, this blade is very popular in rental applications and for contractors who may run in to a number of cutting situations on one job site. This diamond blade series also performs exceptionally well in asphalt / concrete overlay conditions.
